7th chords and random thoughts

Jesus... I was working my ass off this week. Trying to set up my home studio. anyway It's kind of ready. But the hardest thing was trying to do that while having to practice between 4-6 a day.
I'm in the most tough ansamble in my school and i'm trying to catch up with the INSANE players there.
No really it's rediculous. Last time the instructor(a monk inst. graduate) gave us charts in 7/8 with like 3 chords per bar and wanted me to play it up tempo first time i read it. I'M NOT THAT GOOD YOU ASSHOLE!
So i've been practicing a lot of shit. and I wanted to share with you a good way of practicing your hearing.
The whole idea is getting to know the intervals/chords well enough. It works the same way when you remember songs. you will never forget a song you know well right? . So that's what i do with 7th chords:

You take for example a Maj7 chord, and now you want to SING every combination of the chord notes there is.
I wrote here the order as I practice it. If you can sing the chord notes like this, that's it. you've got it and now you can move to the next chord. A dominant7 for example. Do this with all the seventh chords, including augmented and diminished chords and i promise you'll know them by heart.
